Objective: Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant OSBL & ISBL Piping

Project Overview: GMC installed roughly 5000 ft of OSBL (outside battery limit) piping and 2,500 ft of ISBL (inside battery limit piping), with sizes ranging from 1 in. to 14 in.

GMC installed 75 valves, 200 field welds, 14 piping rack modules on structural steel, 2500 ft of analyzer tubing and tray, 50 large pipe supports, and river well tie-ins to existing piping connections, hot taps to existing piping connections. The project also called for 38 pieces of equipment ranging from pumps, tanks, fracination trailers, CIP skids, analyzer buildings, and vessels.
