Aries 580 MW Combined Cycle Power Station

Gross Mechanical was the largest prime contractor at the Aries 580 MW Combined Cycle Power Station in Pleasant Hill, Missouri (30 miles southeast of Kansas City, MO) in 2002.  The completed project was $32,000,000.00 and included 654,000 craft man hours.  Gross Mechanical performed all mechanical work including centerline turbine alignment work for the gas and steam turbines and other support for this facility.  Gross Mechanical direct hired all craft labor including pipe fitters, plumbers, sprinkler fitters, boilermakers, millwrights, ironworkers, insulators, cement finishers, laborers, painters, operating engineers, carpenters and teamsters required to install:
